WELL SUD

This by-invitation-only contest has as its prime objective the revitalization of the town center. We invested in principles of mixed-use developments by creating a dynamic and lively core designed to invite and attract people. To achieve this, we included a variety of businesses, offices, accommodations and public facilities in response to the needs of the local population.

In order to create an interesting mix, the ground floor of each building includes a commercial space to create animated and enticing façades, an urban planning principal that encourages lively and dynamic places.  Our proposal creates an inviting, welcoming place for everyone in a reassuringly safe surrounding.
