This is a priority project for the municipality and the University of Sherbrooke as the site is adjacent to an institution of higher knowledge. The project includes commercial, mixed buildings (housing and commercial), cottages, triplexes and multi-family dwellings. There are also the headquarters of the Petites Soeurs De la Sainte-Famille which will be transformed into social housing. This large-scale project is underwritten by the Central Mortgage and Housing Corporation as a Canadian “flagship” prototype.
