MACKAY HOTELS

Located in downtown Montreal, on Mackay Street, between René-Lévesque Boulevard West and Sainte-Catherine Street, 1175 Mackay is a condo-hotel-style project with a 20-storey apartment tower a 4-storey podium base (restaurants, businesses and common areas) plus two mechanical floors for a total of 26 floors above ground in addition to two basement levels. The total gross area will be 146,963 sq. ft, or 116,326 sq. feet above ground and 30,638 sq. feet underground.

This city building will have 120 housing units in addition to 70 parking spaces on 2 basement levels.  The first two floors will be dedicated for the reception, a food court and technical areas, while the third and fourth floors will house a swimming pool and facilities, as well as a large terrace.
