Community Sports Center

“Espace des Bâtisseurs” in Varennes is a remarkable community project, embodying a fusion of architecture, innovative interior design and landscape architecture, designed to celebrate the town’s 350th anniversary. Located at 2022 Place du 350e, this 4400m2 multifunctional center is positioned as a symbol of Varennes’ history and development, bringing together sports and communal spaces and administrative spaces.
The project aims to optimize public infrastructures by promoting the sustainable management of resources, the creation of spaces accessible to all and the integration of design practices for well-being and community involvement. The center offers a gym, dojo, dance studio, coworking and health spaces, fostering diversity of needs and community conviviality.
