The 420 students who will have the opportunity to live in the 1Eleven project are rather fortunate and will enjoy the successful conversion of a former Holiday Inn converted to a student campus. Adapted to the tastes and needs of its customers, 1Eleven exhibits an original, unique design. Fully furnished, the suites feature a stylized finish that is both refreshing and relaxing, suggesting comfort and well-being. The project is inspired by the desire to create an ideal living environment for student living and study, enriched by positive community experiences. The apartments combine comfort and privacy, while various amenities invite socialization, such as a study room, gymnasium, yoga studio, play lounge and restaurant. A laundry room and permanent on-site staff presence add to the comfort of the residents. The 1Eleven concept offers amazing visual transparency through the design of open areas and large interconnected spaces.
